Tripsheet goes into open beta this quarter, planned to start in the second half of November. We're making the final preparations now, so anyone who keeps business kilometers in a private car can soon try it out and send their trips straight to Moneybird. During the beta we'll keep shipping improvements based on your feedback, so tell us what works and what doesn't. You won't be on your own: support will be available by email and chat, so help is never far away if you get stuck or have a question. Details on how to join follow here soon.

Some users were being logged out and sent back to Moneybird's login screen after a browser restart or a period of inactivity. Signing in now keeps you logged in for up to a year, so you only need to reconnect Moneybird when you choose to.

A small number of users occasionally saw an "Invalid OAuth state" error when connecting Moneybird. This was caused by how sessions were stored on our servers and has now been fixed, so connecting should work every time.

Switching between odometer and manual distance entry could silently block saving a trip. This is now fixed, so the kilometer field always matches the active mode and saving works reliably every time.

The Dutch tax-free mileage rate rose from €0.23 to €0.25 per kilometer as of 2026. Tripsheet now applies the correct rate automatically based on each trip's date, so older quarters keep their original amount and nothing needs to be corrected by hand.

Push a quarter after it's closed, and the receipt date, including the date on the attached PDF, is now capped at the last day of that quarter, so it books inside the right period instead of the current one.

Tripsheet now offers a 14-day free trial, followed by a quarterly or yearly subscription per Moneybird administration, matching how Moneybird itself bills. Payment runs through Mollie's secure checkout, so you never enter card details in Tripsheet itself.

Missed sending a quarter on time? The push screen now lets you pick any quarter that has kilometers, not just the current one, so a late reimbursement receipt still makes it to Moneybird. Every quarter tile on the overview with trips on it now also has its own push button.
